So the #1 station in Boston learned an important lesson the other day...it sucks when your switcher locks up and no one knows how to reboot it. Watch the pain...and hope it never happens to you.

This reminds me when we went tapeless...and we didn't have sound in anything. It was a disaster, though, we had video. Well, at least it happens other places.
